DELIVERIES DURING COVID-19
We’ve changed our delivery process to minimise contact for our warehouse team, and for UK orders we’ve instructed our delivery partners to minimise contact when delivering. Many Where’s that Bear? orders can be delivered to your letterbox, and we’ve instructed our couriers to do so where possible. Delivery companies are working with increased demand due to COVID-19, and unexpected delays may occur, however we are monitoring the situation and making sure that our products are delivered promptly. 

DELIVERY TERMS
Despatch times may vary. WHERE’S THAT BEAR LIMITED is not responsible for any delay resulting from delivery company issues.

DELIVERY: UNITED KINGDOM
Hermes or Royal Mail - Free

Your purchase will be delivered by Hermes which normally takes 2-3 days. Hermes will deliver to your letterbox if possible, with no signature required. Some deliveries may be via the Royal Mail Signed For service, which takes 2-3 working days. If you are not availble to receive the parcel, the delivery company will leave a missed delivery card. You will then be able to rearrange delivery.

DELIVERY: EUROPE
Signed for delivery - £9.00

Your purchase will be delivered by your local postal service in 3-4 business days. A signature will be required. If you are not availble to receive the parcel, the delivery company will leave a missed delivery card. You will then be able to rearrange delivery.

All our products are shipped from the UK. Any import or customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY: WORLDWIDE
Signed for delivery - £15.00

Your purchase will be delivered by your local postal service in approximately 5-10 business days for the USA, and 8-15 working days for Australia and New Zealand. A signature will be required. If you are not availble to receive the parcel, the delivery company will leave a missed delivery card. You will then be able to rearrange delivery.

All our products are shipped from the UK. Any import or customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Whilst we try to ensure that all information displayed on our Website is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we discover that there is no availability of the product that you have ordered then we will inform you of this and give you the option of purchasing an alternative product or cancelling the order.

PAYMENT TERMS
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt. You should return the item in its original condition including its wrapping and swing tags. Please return the item filling in the returns slip enclosed. Subject to WHERE’S THAT BEAR LIMITED receiving the item in its original condition we will then refund the original cost of the item. Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive the returned goods for us to deal with returned items.

INCORRECT ITEMS
If the item you have received is not what you ordered, please let us know as soon as possible. Please return it to us in its original condition and we will send you the correct item. We will refund the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.

MISSING ITEMS
If an item is missing from your order please contact us at contact@wheresthatbear.com and we will look into the problem immediately.

FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty, please return it to us using the Returns Slip provided with your delivery. If there is a fault with an item we will send you a replacement item at no postage cost and reimburse you the cost of returning the faulty item. Alternatively, if you wish, we will refund you fully, including the cost of returning it to us.

EXCHANGES
Should you wish to exchange an item please return it to us within 14 days in its original condition using the Returns Slip provided with your delivery. Subject to WHERE’S THAT BEAR LIMITED receiving the item in its original condition we will exchange the item if it is the wrong size or colour subject to availability. You must pay the postage for returning the item but we will send you the replacement item free of charge. We can also exchange an item for another of the same value.

RETURNING ITEMS
Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive them for us to deal with returned items. Any returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. You must pay the postage for returning the item. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse, therefore we advise that you use a parcel or delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. TERMS OF SALE
We must receive payment for the entire price of the goods before your order can be accepted. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order – this does not constitute acceptance of your order. Once we have sent you an email confirmation that your goods have been dispatched then we have accepted your order and a contract exists between us.

UK STATUTORY RIGHTS
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
